Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies on Products
Jariscope offers a 30-day from date of purchase, 100% unconditional money-back guarantee (minus shipping and handling charges) on all DVD product orders. Simply call us at (888) 673-0031 to arrange for a refund of the product price via check or for a credit or exchange. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Cancellation/Refund Policies on Onsite Courses
Our privately held Jariscope workshops are kept exceptionally small and intimate to facilitate each student’s creative and personal development. Because of the unique nature of the courses, policies governing advance registration and deposits must be strictly adhered to. Otherwise, the quality of the classes is compromised or the class schedule disrupted.
Courses are priced to make them accessible to as many students as possible. Reserving your place in an upcoming workshop requires payment in full by check, money order, or credit card.
Up to two weeks before the start of a course or retreat, tuition fees are refunded (minus a $25 processing fee) or credited in full towards a future course. Reservations cancelled within the two-week period are non-refundable; however, a credit towards a future course will be given on a wait-list basis if another student fills the cancelled spot. If a course must be cancelled for lack of enrollments or an emergency, tuitions will be refunded or credited in full at the student’s option.
Customized Jariscope presentations and workshops are structured and financed by arrangement with sponsoring organizations.
