How to use this DVD:
Errata–The weight of the human body is up to 70% water, not 76%, as stated in the video.
This is an extremely user-friendly product that gives you maximum flexibility and convenience. Here are several ways to create an Energize & Relax session for yourself with the DVD.
1. For a very brief performance booster, simply drink a full glass of filtered water, do one of the E&R breathing exercises and the three Essential Activities: Tune In, Cross Over and Calm Down. This can be done in just a few minutes.
2. Use the a la carte to choose any number of breathing exercises, followed by one or more of the Series routines to create your own preferred workout of the day.
3. Use one of the E&R Quick Routines for a preformatted version of this mid-length performance booster.
4. And, when you have more time, play the full movie in which you will do all four breathing exercises and all for Series routines for a fantastic all-body tune up!
